These are helpful reminders for most authors who are into online marketing. You've basically covered everything. I would just like to add as number 21, online marketing is not only about investing the money on the appropriate tools. But most importantly, to maximize the online tools that are being used (website, e-mailers, directory listings, etc.), and to avail of free resources like social networking sites.

You got this covered. I think the biggest blunder is not acting or implementing #17 followed by #20. I those 2 a lot and I was guilty of it at one point in my online marketing journey. Once you overcome those 2 things half of those blunders will correct itself. I think.

#21: Not protecting your rather large investment with a security/malware scanning solution. If I had a nickel for every hacked cust….wait a minute… Honestly, 100% of our customers are hacked.. 100% wouldn’t of been had they made the small investment up front.
